Swiss Chicken


recipe from Bev


 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
swiss cheese slices to cover chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup Pepperridge farm bread crumbs
½ stick oleo
bacon crumbs ( optional )

layer in dish: chicken, cheese, soup
melt oleo and mix with bread crumbs
layer over soup, sprinkle with bacon

heat in oven at 350 degrees, uncovered
30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through

sides: potato, corn





* can precook the chicken, only needs to be heated through    
  when we use the meal
* can cut the chicken breast in half for smaller serving sizes
* this meal freezes well
