In an attempt to organize my recipes, I decided a blog was the way to go, allowing me to categorize and even add pictures. My recipes are not impressive, but some days, just getting a meal on the table is impressive! I hope you find something you enjoy!

Chocolate Cake, Egg-free
recipe from Mitch and Val
chocolate cake mix
15 oz can of Pumpkin pie filling
(can also toss in chocolate chips)
mix them together and bake accordingly
original recipe is for large muffins, but we made a birthday cake!
This is one of my favorite cake recipes! I like to make them as cupcakes. Too bad no-one else in my family likes them. I guess next time I make them I'll have to send some your way :)
