In an attempt to organize my recipes, I decided a blog was the way to go, allowing me to categorize and even add pictures. My recipes are not impressive, but some days, just getting a meal on the table is impressive! I hope you find something you enjoy!

recipe from Eric
Italian sausage, cooked
Chicken, cooked and shredded
Layer the following on pan...
sausage and chicken
drizzle with Alfredo sauce
bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted and just turning golden brown
no dipping sauce is needed
*Tips for Alfredo sauce. Mix in can well, the thick stuff is at the bottom. Because you won't use the whole jar, pour some in a bowl and warm just slightly in the microwave. Drizzle over nachos with a spoon.
*The chicken is optional, but we think it taste the best with both
*Jalapenos are also optional. I don't eat them, but I do like the flavor baked into the nachos
*can also add green pepper, or use that instead of jalapenos
